COMMUNITY GRANTS ROUND TWO
The Age-Friendly Minnesota Council will soon be seeking applicants for a second round of Community Grants as well. The anticipated timeline is:

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDER GRANTS ROUND TWO
On March 27, 2024 the Age-Friendly Minnesota Council opened applications for its second round of Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) grants. This application period closed on April 22, 2024. Announcements are expected following the June 12 meeting of the Age-Friendly Minnesota Council.
This new grant period will run from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026 and the application was open to both new and returning applicants, who could apply for up to $100,000 in one or more of the six funding areas:

Starting in 2023, the Age-Friendly Minnesota Council asked the MN Leadership Council on Aging to create and maintain this website to promote events, resources, news and stories from Age-Friendly Minnesota technical assistance providers and community grantees.
