COMMUNITY GRANTS   ROUND TWO

The Age-Friendly Minnesota Council will soon be seeking applicants for a second round of Community Grants as well. The anticipated timeline is:


  • RFP Release Date: Early June 2024
  • RFP Due Date: Late July 2024
  • Grantee Notification of Awards: Fall 2024
  • Public Announcement of Award Decisions: December 2024
  • Anticipated Grant Cycle: January 1, 2025 - March 31, 2025

                                                                                    (a 15-month cycle)

ANNOUNCEMENTS COMING SOON...

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDER GRANTS   ROUND TWO

On March 27, 2024 the Age-Friendly Minnesota Council opened applications for its second round of Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) grants. This application period closed on April 22, 2024. Announcements are expected following the June 12 meeting of the Age-Friendly Minnesota Council.


This new grant period will run from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026 and the application was open to both new and returning applicants, who could apply for up to $100,000 in one or more of the six funding areas:


  • Age-Friendly Community Support
  • Tribal Engagement in Age-Friendly Minnesota
  • Cultural Community Empowerment
  • Multi-Sector Blueprint for Age-Friendly Minnesota
  • Advance the reach of Engagement in Age-Friendly Minnesota
  • Program and/or Administrative Support for Age-Friendly Minnesota Council
